The RM200 million YOTEL Kuala Lumpur and Medical Centre integrated redevelopment has reached a decisive construction milestone with the structural topping out of the hotel tower and the simultaneous groundbreaking of its dedicated healthcare facility. The dual milestone ceremony, held on 29 May 2026, marks the structural transition for the 23-storey tower at 82 Jalan Raja Chulan in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle. The adaptive reuse project is transforming the former 21-storey Menara MIDF office tower into an integrated hospitality, medical, and wellness destination.
