Vinhomes Unveils Master Plan for 6,200-Hectare Global Gate Ha Long Megacity
Premier Vietnamese developer launches its largest integrated urban project to date, featuring high-speed rail depot connectivity, 2,500 hectares of ecological infrastructure, and an ISO 37125 ESG++ sustainability model. In a landmark announcement for Southeast Asian urban development, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company officially outlined the master plan for Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long. Spanning approximately 6,200 hectares in Quang Ninh Province directly adjacent to UNESCO-listed Ha Long Bay, this coastal megacity represents the developer’s largest undertaking to date.
